Are biodegradable natural fibre.  They are perfect for replacing plastic, non biodegradable sponges in your home.  Use them on your body in the shower or bath.  Use them to wash dishes in the kitchen.  Use a serrated knife to cut them to the size you like.  You can also cut your sponge in half and attach an old wooden spoon to use it in the bath and shower to reach your back.
